Rinse:

  • Rinse finished lentil sprouts a few quick times and let drain

  • Place on paper towel and lightly pat dry

  • Eat right away or place in a container or plastic bag with a dry paper towel on the bottom

  • Rinse and drain the two remaining.

  • Wash and sterilize the used jar and start a new soak!

They look wonderful!
