DAY 4 Morning
Rinse:
Fill those two jars with fresh cold water.
Tilt the jar at an angle, above the sink, allowing excess water to drain out. Rinse the seeds with fresh water and drain over the sink again.
Place the jar upside down in the stand over the dish to catch any remaining water.
Stand up and cover.
Wash and sterilize lentil jar of the next crop, Garbanzos!
1 cup carrot with juice of 1 orange, lemon and lime and i touch of honey. Salt and pepper to taste
Ready the marinate in the fridge!
